Delivery

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.

We are unable to amend Orders or combine Orders that were separately made once we have issued our Acknowledgement. So be certain you have provided us accurate information before placing your Order. We accept no liability for undelivered parcels where you have provided an incorrect or invalid address and/or failed to collect the Order from the delivery address specified during the selected delivery time slot.

Please note that no refund will be provided for unsuccessful delivery & rescheduling delivery will be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Timeframe

We aim to process all Orders within 2 business days upon payment.

We always aim to deliver in accordance with any confirmed delivery date we have given to you for any Order that we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party.

Risk

In the event of your Order being lost by a third party, we bear no risk once it has left our premises.

Where your Order has been signed for, all risk in the Product shall pass to you. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.

If you believe that a parcel has been tampered with, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

Accepting Delivery

We cannot leave Products at places of delivery stipulated in your Order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address will be deemed to be authorised to accept delivery.

On delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for the correct quantities and any obvious faults, defects or damage. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

Care when opening

You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
